About Babu Marimuthu
More than 25 years in accounting and taxation, and a practice built on knowing each client properly.
Babu Marimuthu’s career in accounting began in second-tier and medium-sized firms, where he developed a broad base of experience across commercial, not-for-profit and small business work.
In 2006 he joined Hollands and Partners, a highly respected Canberra firm of CPAs, and began working in public practice. Since then he has delivered accounting, taxation and advisory services to clients in property development and investment, professional services, childcare, retail and consulting.
Today Babu leads APJ Taxation Services from offices in Holder in Canberra and Bella Vista in Sydney’s Hills District. His approach is simple: understand each client’s situation properly, give advice that fits it, and be available when questions come up during the year, not just at tax time.
Babu is a registered tax agent and a Fellow voting member of the National Tax and Accountants' Association (NTAA). The NTAA is a professional body for tax and accounting practitioners, and its members keep up to date with tax law changes through ongoing technical training.
